The newly refurbished restaurant provides an elegant escape, with seating for up to 179 guests including a new conservatory which opens onto a pretty courtyard with alfresco seating. The perfect location for intimate dining, celebrations, weddings, christenings, family meals. At lunchtime Pasta Di Piazza Stone offers the perfect backdrop for business lunches with a set menu of Italian classics.
Our Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stone restaurants are both run by highly skilled and
experienced teams, many of whom have been working for us since the restaurants opened.
Christine is Nass’s right-hand woman who joined the Newcastle restaurant when it originally opened. She ensures that everything is in order front of house by taking the bookings, sorting out the table plans, organising group bookings, weddings and parties and co-ordinating lunches and seminars for local businesses. If you call the restaurant, it will probably be Christine who you will speak to. Although Christine has worked in hospitality for many years, she is actually a trained electronics engineer – another talent to her bow.
Nass runs the Newcastle restaurant and has worked in the hospitality industry for 26 years. He’s worked in high profile hotels and restaurants in London and the Midlands as restaurant manager and personal butler to Royalty and Rock Stars. So make sure he attends to your every whim!
Originally born in France, Nass now lives in Birmingham, and oversees everything at Pasta Di Piazza with his flair for making everyone feel special and welcome. His love of great Italian food is reflected in the authentic menu on offer and it’s important to him that all diners go home happy, planning their next visit.
